How to Successfully Submit Documentation for Post-Pay Claim Reviews via myCGS

The myCGS web portal is the fastest way to view Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs) for both pre-pay and post-pay claims.

We strongly encourage suppliers to submit post-pay ADR responses, including those for signature attestations, through myCGS. (Note: Suppliers should NOT submit responses for curable errors via myCGS. Instead, submit responses to curable error requests via fax.)

Documentation submitted after the due date indicated on the ADR letter should be submitted via fax, esMD, or mail instead of the web portal.

For more information about the DME myCGS portal and how it can help you submit claim-related documentation efficiently and effectively, read the article, “myCGS 7.1 is live! Post-Pay Claims Now Available on the Additional Documentation Request (ADR) Screen.” To become a new user of the DME myCGS portal, check out the myCGS Registration and Account Management Guide.
