IVR Line Updated with Changes to Improve Efficiency

CGS made changes to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to increase efficiency and improve the supplier experience. All menu options remain the same, but we have removed repetitive phrases and unnecessary wording, among other edits. These changes will streamline the IVR process.

As always, we strive to enhance our services to better support suppliers. If you have feedback or suggestions, use the “Feedback” tab on the right-hand side of the website, and please participate in surveys whenever possible.
