New Menu Options for Calling Customer Support, Including a Direct myCGS Help Line!
Suppliers, CGS has heard your feedback and updated our Customer Support call menu! We have added three new main menu options (4-6), in addition to the existing options (1-3). The new menu consists of the following:
- Eligibility
- Claim Information
- Prior Authorization
- myCGS
- General Questions with an NPI
- Other Inquiries

CGS added the "myCGS" option as a direct result of survey feedback, as suppliers requested a faster way for callers to access myCGS-specific customer support agents. We hope you enjoy this new feature, and as always, please complete surveys whenever possible to share your feedback!
