Welcome to the Medicare program! As the Jurisdiction C DME MAC, we process Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) claims and provide you with the services to help in the billing and payment of claims for the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia.
