myCGS 7.3.8 Introduces New Features that You Requested
myCGS 7.3.8 is now available and introduces several new enhancements that YOU requested via feedback! Updates include:
- The ability to unlock your own account without having to call into our Customer Support Center. Read “How to Unsuspend Your myCGS Account” for detailed instructions.
- When you submit a Prior Authorization request via myCGS, the status of your request will be available in the portal within minutes (rather than having to wait up to five days).
- The Prior Authorization Status screen now includes the following additional possible statuses: Received, Pending, Affirmed, Non-Affirmed, and Rejected.
- The Same/Similar screen now includes New Search and Exit buttons at the top of the page, so you don’t need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to select one of these options. (These buttons are also available at the bottom of the page as well.)
