Ready to Sign Up for myCGS?
Great! Now that you’re ready to join a GROWING number of J15 providers who use myCGS you, too, can take full advantage of THE best office automation self-service tool we offer!
myCGS is our FREE web portal, designed for our providers to allow you access to information about your patients enrolled in original Medicare and to complete several functions electronically, including:

To get started, first check the following resources:
- Before signing up you must have an EDI Enrollment Agreement on file with us.
- Once approved, review the Introduction section of the myCGS User Manual. You will find step-by-step instructions on how to register for myCGS.
- Also, click on the System Requirements link to verify your system is compatible with myCGS.
- After completing the registration steps, refer to the My Account section of the myCGS User Manual for steps on how to add provider accounts to your profile.
- Another great resource is the myCGS “Did You Know?” page. It lists questions already asked and answered specific to the portal. Have a question? Check here first!
