Attaching Documents in myCGS

Using myCGS, our secure online web portal, to submit Part B claimsPDF and requests for Redetermination , Reopening and eOffsetPDF allows you to attach supporting documentation to each of the myCGS forms. All attachments must be in a PDF format.

Documents are attached to myCGS forms by using the 'Browse' button located on the form.

To save documents in a PDF format, you may use a scanner or various versions of commercially-available software. Be sure to save the PDF document in a folder on your system that is accessible and easy for you to locate.
