Your Voice Matters to CGS Customer Support!

CGS and CMS strive to offer the highest level of service to our customers, and we want to know how well we are doing. We provide opportunities for you to take surveys and send us feedback about our services through various channels, including the Customer Support and IVR phone lines.

The customer service and IVR surveys are only 6 questions and allow you to make comments verbally before you hang up. We will ask you to rate us on a scale of 1-5 with questions about the interaction you just experienced and how satisfied you are with all services CGS provides.

The survey is easy to complete over the telephone. For example, enter one of the numbers on your telephone keypad to tell us how satisfied or dissatisfied with all services CGS provides:

  • Extremely dissatisfied
  • Somewhat dissatisfied
  • Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
  • Somewhat satisfied
  • Extremely satisfied

We encourage you to take the survey after speaking to a customer service representative or using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

  • How to take the Customer Support survey:
    Before you are connected to an agent, you will hear a recording inviting you to take to the survey. Press "9" and after speaking with us, just remain on the line. Don't hang up. You will transfer to the survey automatically after the customer service representative ends the call.
  • How to take the IVR survey:
    When you're done searching for information, just return to the main menu and press * on your telephone keypad.

Your feedback will help us improve the services we provide you. We are constantly looking to improve our services, and no one can give us better input than YOU, our suppliers! See our Customer Experience Updates page for improvements that are direct results from your survey feedback.
