Includes suppliers who furnish Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) items for beneficiaries who live in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, US Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia
