CTI System Changes!
Good news! In an effort to greatly improve your customer experience, you now have the option to say the beneficiary's Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) when calling the Customer Service Line. When prompted, simply read the 11 alphanumeric characters of the MBI clearly, and in a normal volume and speed. If you prefer, the option to key in the MBI is still available.
In addition, we have simplified the process for entering your PTAN. Please listen to the options for entering the PTAN when calling the Customer Service Line, as these options have changed.
