FISS DDE Resources
The Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) is the standard Medicare Part A claims processing system. FISS Direct Data Entry (DDE) allows providers to:
- Enter, correct, adjust, or cancel your Medicare home health and hospice billing transactions
- Access beneficiary eligibility
- Check the status of a claim
- Access various inquiry screens such as revenue codes, diagnosis codes, HCPCS codes, and reason codes.
