Denise welcomed the group to the meeting and reviewed the primary role of the POE AG.

- Mary Ellen asked if CGS Connect can add E0767 (Intrabuccal, systemic delivery of amplitude-modulated, radiofrequency electromagnetic field device, for cancer treatment, includes all accessories as maintained by CMS falls under Stimulation Devices).
Denise stated CGS Connect® is typically for items that fall within an LCD. The DME MACs process the E0767 on a claim-by-claim basis based on individual consideration. Denise reviewed information on the website about how to request a new LCD.

Denise reviewed the following updates to the myCGS® portal and the CGS website:
- myCGS 10.1 was released on July 24, 2025:
- Renamed User Management tab for Designated Approvers to User Permissions
- Removed Offsets option on the Finance menu, now found on the Overpayment Recovery Search screen
- New layout for Tools & Calculators
- To make navigation easier, the page now highlights the most frequently used tools and calculators at the top. Suppliers can also use the new alphabetical search feature to quickly find what they need. Denise also thanked the group for their feedback regarding the newly suggested layout of Online Education.
