November 2021 J15 Provider Contact Center (PCC) Training

Medicare is a continuously changing program and it is important to provide correct and accurate answers to your questions. To better serve the provider community, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) allows us to offer training to our customer service representatives (CSRs). As a result, the CGS J15 (Part A, Part B, and Home Health & Hospice) PCC will be closed for CSR training and staff development as follows:

Home Health & Hospice PCC Closed:
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central Time

Part A and Part B PCC Closed:
8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

As a reminder, the myCGS Portal and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) are available to obtain patient eligibility, claim, deductible, and general information. Please reference the following resources for assistance
