Temporary Interruption in myCGS and IVR Availability Due to Quarterly System Maintenance: July 1–4
From Friday, July 1, to Monday, July 4, 2022, the DME MAC claim and eligibility systems will undergo maintenance related to the April quarterly system release. During this maintenance, certain functions within the myCGS web portal and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be unavailable. Additionally, CGS will be installing myCGS 7.3 during this timeframe. As a result, myCGS will be unavailable July 2–4.
