Temporary Interruption in myCGS and IVR Availability Due to Quarterly System Maintenance: July 3–5, 2020

During the period of July 3–5, 2020, the DME MAC claim and eligibility systems will undergo maintenance related to the July quarterly system release. During this maintenance, certain functions within the myCGS web portal and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be unavailable.

Please also note that CGS will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.

The Common Working Files (CWF) will be unavailable.

Certain beneficiary eligibility inquiries in myCGS and the IVR will be unavailable, including all SNF/Inpatient requests in both myCGS and the IVR. Customer Service Representatives will be unavailable as CGS will be closed for Independence Day.

Saturday, July 4

All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable.

All myCGS and IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable.

Sunday, July 5

All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable.

All myCGS and IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable.

All systems are expected to be available again by 6:00 am Central Time, on Monday, July 6, 2020.
