The IVR System and myCGS Web Portal Will Be Unavailable May 1–3, 2020

During the period of May 1–3, 2020, CGS will be performing internal server maintenance. During this maintenance, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be unavailable and most functionality in the myCGS Web Portal will be turned off. Refer to the following chart for details.

Both the IVR and myCGS are expected to be available again no later than 6:00 am Central Time, on Monday, May 4, 2020.
