How to Contact Us: Customer Service or IVR?

CGS has two contact methods we encourage our suppliers to take advantage of, and they each have different call in numbers.

The CGS Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is an all automated system that doesn’t transfer calls to the customer service line. The IVR is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the exception of system upgrades or routine maintenance. To use the IVR, please call: 866.238.9650.

To be connected with a Customer Service representative directly, please call 866.270.4909.

Please be prepared to provide all pertinent information related to your inquiry at the beginning of the call, i.e. NPI, PTAN, last 5 digits of your Tax ID, the beneficiary's Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI), DOB, and DOS so Customer Service Representatives can better assist you. The MBI Converter Tool can assist with entering your MBI on the keypad.
