Temporary Interruption in myCGS and IVR Availability Due to Quarterly System Maintenance: December 29, 2023–January 1, 2024
From Friday, December 29, 2023, to Monday, January 1, 2024, the DME MAC claim and eligibility systems will undergo maintenance related to the January 2024 quarterly system release. During this maintenance, certain functions within the myCGS web portal and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be unavailable.
The following chart details the system maintenance and supplier impact:

Certain beneficiary eligibility inquiries in myCGS and the IVR will be unavailable, including all SNF/Inpatient requests in both myCGS and the IVR. Customer Support will also be unable to access this information. Additionally, cross-jurisdiction functions in myCGS will be affected as follows:
myCGS will be completely unavailable beginning at 5pm. |
Saturday, December 30 |
All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable. |
You will not be able to use myCGS for any eligibility, claim, or any other data functions. All IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable. |
Sunday, December 31 |
All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable. |
You will not be able to use myCGS for any eligibility, claim, or any other data functions. All IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable. |
Monday, January 1 |
CGS will be closed. |
CGS will be closed for New Year's Day. myCGS and the IVR should be available; however, we will not be offering support of these systems due to the holiday. |
All systems are expected to be available again by 6 am CT, on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
