New Features in myCGS 7.3.10

myCGS 7.3.10 is now available! In this update, we’ve made changes to the Ordering/Referring Physician, Additional Claim Status Detail, and Prior Authorization Status screens.

  • The Ordering/Referring Physician screen has been updated to include deactivation dates, including the capped-rental deactivation date (when applicable). When performing an Ordering/Referring Physician search, myCGS will provide one of three results:
    • The provider has a valid enrollment record in PECOS.
    • The provider has a deactivated record in PECOS. myCGS will display the provider’s deactivation date, as well as the capped-rental deactivation date (only if applicable).
    • The provider has no enrollment record in PECOS. If you receive this message, check to be sure you entered the correct NPI and physician name.
  • The Additional Claim Detail screen has been updated to allow for easier viewing and to address an issue where the screen was not displaying in its entirety in some web browsers.
  • The Prior Authorization (PA) Status screen has been updated to allow for viewing the status of PA accessories. The order of the fields on the status screen has also been rearranged.
  • NOTE: Accessory codes submitted with a Prior Authorization request will only display on the status screen if the related base equipment is affirmed.

Refer to the myCGS User Manual for additional information.
