Reason Code E94G2
The Home Health and Hospice Provider Contact Center continue to receive provider calls in regard to the reason code E94G2 claims processing issue. The status of this issue was last updated on the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System Claims Processing Issues Web page on March 28, 2017. The claims affected by this issue require the CGS Claims staff to follow a manual process, which takes additional time in order for the claim to process. CGS understands the concern providers have with the delay in claims being processed, and the Claims staff is continually working on the claims involved with this issue. As a reminder, CGS will update the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System Claims Processing Issues as soon as this issue is resolved. Your patience is appreciated.
