myCGS – How to Get Access to Locked Tabs
If you can’t open certain tabs like Beneficiary Information or Claims, it’s because your Designated Approver did not set a user permission for you to access the feature. Reach out to your company’s Designated Approver for access to locked tabs.
Clearinghouse/Billing Agent Users: Permissions are based on the CEDI Supplier Authorization form. Contact the supplier to update this form if needed.
