Temporary Interruption in myCGS and IVR Availability Due to Quarterly System Maintenance: March 31–April 2, 2023

From Friday, March 31, to Sunday, April 2, 2023, the DME MAC claim and eligibility systems will undergo maintenance related to the April quarterly system release. During this maintenance, certain functions within the myCGS web portal and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be unavailable.

The following chart details the system maintenance and supplier impact:

CWF will be unavailable.

myCGS will be unavailable beginning at 5pm Central Time.

Certain beneficiary eligibility inquiries in myCGS and the IVR will be unavailable, including all SNF/Inpatient requests in both myCGS and the IVR. Customer Support will also be unable to access this information.

myCGS will be unavailable beginning at 5pm Central Time due to scheduled maintenance related to the quarterly system release.

Saturday, April 1

All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable.

You will not be able to use myCGS for any eligibility, claim, or any other data functions.

All IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable.

Sunday, April 2

All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable.

You will not be able to use myCGS for any eligibility, claim, or any other data functions.

All IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable.

All systems are expected to be available again by 6 am CT, on Monday, April 3, 2023.
