myCGS® 11.1 Available Now!

myCGS 11.1 is available now! We've made some changes to Prior Authorization Status, Prior Authorization Smart Submission (PASS), and fixed several known issues.

What's New

Prior Authorization Status screen has a new option to search for Exemption Letters. You can download and view your Notice of Exemption, Notice of Continued Exemption, or Notice of Withdrawal of Exemption letters, if applicable.
If a supplier has received a Prior Authorization Notice of Exemption, they will now see a new Exemption Opt-Out Form tab under Claim Preparation > Prior Auth. Only exempt suppliers will see this tab.
Exempt suppliers can fill out the Prior Authorization Exemption Opt-Out form if they want to opt out of exemption and continue submitting Prior Authorization requests. This form must be submitted by April 30th, 2026.
The Prior Authorization Exemption Opt-Out Form is now listed on the Designated Approver (DA) User Permissions screens. End users won't have access to it—DAs can grant access when needed.
When using PASS to submit a Prior Authorization request for any Orthoses code, the Resources section now includes a link to the Knee-Ankle-Foot-Orthoses checklist.

Fixes

The Reopenings Form Submission screen now shows all claim lines when there is a duplicate HCPCS code on the claim for the same date of service.
The 'Claim Completed' date now displays on the ADR Detail screen for all completed claims.
The Overpayment Recovery Request Form Submission screen now shows claim information correctly.
