December 2021 J15 Provider Contact Center (PCC) Training
Medicare is a continuously changing program and it is important to provide correct and accurate answers to your questions. To better serve the provider community, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) allows us to offer training to our customer service representatives (CSRs). As a result, the CGS J15 (Part A, Part B and Home Health & Hospice) PCC will be closed for CSR training and staff development as follows:
