Just Have a General Question?

Occasionally Medicare providers, clearinghouses, or vendors have general questions not related to a specific claim or beneficiary.  When calling the Provider Contact Center (PCC) with a general question, simply select Option 9.  This option does not require that you enter provider identifying information, such as the National Provider Identifier (NPI).  Please refer to the following CGS resources to assist when calling the PCC.  In addition, general inquiries may be submitted via the Online Help Center. Direct links to the Online Help Center are listed below, or access it from the Customer Service link located in the left side navigation menu on our website.
