CVENT FAQs

Before the Webinar

How do I register?

  • Select "More Details" under the event title.
  • Select "Register".
  • Complete all required (*) fields. If you don't have an NPI or PTAN, enter zeroes.
  • Select "Register".
  • A confirmation is sent to the email address you submit on the registration form.

How do I attend?

  • Locate your reminder email from Jodi.Jensen@cgsadmin.com (sent to the email address you submitted on the registration form one hour prior to the scheduled start time).
  • Select "Join Webinar".
  • You will remain in a queue until the scheduled start time.

During the Webinar

I can't see or hear?

Please try the following:

  • Review the CVENT System Requirements.
  • Check the volume setting on your device.
  • Select "Captions" to display the audio as text.
  • Use "Chat" or "Q&A" to reach out for assistance.

How do I get a copy of the presentation or certificate of attendance?

How do I participate?

Interactive options on the right side of your screen include:

  • Chat – Submit a comment or question.
  • Q&A – Ask a question anytime and we'll provide a verbal or written response. Responses may occur throughout, or at the end of, the presentation. If additional research is required, we'll email the response after the webinar.
  • Polls – Respond to our questions and we'll display the results.
  • Resources – Download a copy of the presentation, certificate of attendance, or other documents.
  • Survey – Use the QR code or link to answer questions about your education experience. We review every comment and use your valuable feedback to improve our services.

Interactive options at the bottom of your screen include:

  • Raise hand – Ask permission to unmute, use your camera, or share your screen.
  • Captions – Display audio as text.

After the Webinar

How do I access the recording?

  • Create an accountExternal website.
  • If you already have an account, select "Webinar Login Information" and "Go to My Event".
    • Type the name and email address you used to create an account; select "Next".
    • Type the verification code you receive via text or email; select "Log In".
  • Go to "Schedule" and select "On Demand".
