System Issues Affecting myCGS, IVR, and the Customer Support
CGS is currently experiencing connectivity issues to CMS systems which is impacting numerous systems, including (but not limited to) the myCGS web portal, IVRs, and the Call Center. We are working with CMS, Verizon, and the Data Centers to resolve the issue and hope to be back online as soon as possible.
Agents may need to advise you to call back later.
Search results in myCGS and the IVR may return an error message saying the data source is unavailable or that no matching claim is found.
Direct Data Entry (DDE) systems may be unavailable.
