Temporary Interruption in myCGS, IVR, and PCC Availability Due to Quarterly System Maintenance: October 4–6, 2019

During the period of October 4–6, 2019, the DME MAC claim and eligibility systems will undergo maintenance related to the October quarterly system release. During this maintenance, certain functions within the myCGS web portal and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be unavailable.

The Common Working Files (CWF) will be unavailable.

myCGS will undergo maintenance beginning at 6:00 pm Central Time; web portal availability will be intermittent.

Certain beneficiary eligibility inquiries in myCGS and the IVR will be unavailable, including all Hospice requests through the IVR and all SNF/Inpatient requests in both myCGS and the IVR. Customer Service Representatives will also be unable to access this information.

myCGS will undergo maintenance beginning at 6:00 pm Central Time.

Saturday, October 5

All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable.

All myCGS and IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable.

Sunday, October 6

All DME MAC claim, eligibility, and MBI lookup systems will be unavailable.

All myCGS and IVR functions related to claims, eligibility, finance, MBI lookup, and other system information will be unavailable.

All systems are expected to be available again by 6:00 am Central Time, on Monday, October 7, 2019.
