Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and myCGS Portal Weekday Hours Extended

The weekday hours of IVR and myCGS Portal availability are now extended by an hour.

The portal and IVR are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of system upgrades or routine maintenance. Previously, menu options that required system access was available Monday-Friday 6 AM until 8 PM. The NEW weekday hours are Monday-Friday 6 AM until 9 PM Central Time. During this time, the following features are available: information regarding claim status, pending claims, Redetermination status, beneficiary eligibility, Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN) status for same or similar equipment inquiries, SNF/Inpatient hospital stay information, hospice information, diabetic supply claims, diabetic shoe claims, pricing, outstanding checks, the last 5 checks issued, offsets and EFT application status.
