Some myCGS MFA Texts Not Being Received

CGS is aware that users on certain mobile phone carriers are reporting that myCGS MFA texts are not being received. We are working with those carriers to resolve the issue. Many users are receiving MFA texts, but if you are one of the users who is not receiving the texts, please use the MFA email option instead. If you are not set up to receive MFA emails, you can add your email to your MFA options by following the instructions in the "Need to Register an MFA Device?" section of the MFA entry page. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and hope it is resolved quickly.
