myCGS Inactivity Emails

If you are a registered myCGS user, it's important to keep your account active and up to date by regularly logging in to myCGS. If you are inactive for 20 consecutive days, you will receive an automated email warning you that your account will be suspended if you do not log in (the suspension will occur after 30 inactive days). When myCGS version 5.1 was released on 11/28/18, the automated email template used for these warning emails was updated, but included an incorrect link to myCGS. If you received such an email between 11/28/18 and 12/31/18 and attempted to use the myCGS login link in the email, you would receive an error message in your web browser. This issue has been corrected, and any automated email sent after 12/31/18 will include a working link to the myCGS login page.

If you have an email with a link that doesn't work, simply access myCGS through our website to log in and keep your account active.
