myCGS Version 5.3 with ADR Viewing and Response Submission—Coming February 25!

When we released myCGS Version 5.0, we promised that more new features were in the works. The most important part of Version 5.0 was an upgrade to the myCGS infrastructure, which gives us the platform we need in order to bring some of the features that you’ve been wanting into the portal. On that note, we’re happy to announce that myCGS version 5.3, which will be available on February 25, 2019, will include one of the most highly requested features that our users have been wanting… the ability to view Additional Documentation Request (ADR) letters—for instance, letters related to Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) Review—and submit ADR responses!

In version 5.3 there will be a new ADR screen, which is accessed via the Claims menu. The ADR screen will give you the ability to:

Note that all existing End Users and Designated Approvers (DAs) will have access to the new ADR screen as long as they currently have access to the Claims menu in myCGS. CHBA user access will depend upon the access granted by the associated supplier on the CEDI Supplier Authorization Form.

Full instructions on the new ADR function will be published in the myCGS User ManualPDF once version 5.3 is released. Please note that myCGS will be unavailable beginning at 6:00 pm CT on Friday, February 22, while we install the release. The portal will be back up and available by Monday, February 25. Be sure to stay tuned to our ListServ and News page for the latest information about v5.3 and other myCGS news!
