Limiting Telephone Inquiries for Home Health and Hospice Providers

To ensure the Home Health and Hospice Provider Contact Center (HH&H PCC) meets CMS performance standards, when you call the HH&H PCC, the number of inquiries will be limited to 3 per call. This is consistent with guidelines set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Medicare Administrative Contractors.
