Medicare Participating Physicians/Suppliers Database (MEDPARD)

This Directory contains the names, addresses, telephone numbers and specialties of Medicare participating physicians and suppliers who have agreed to accept assignment on all Medicare covered services. This directory is provided at no charge to the public.
