Attaching Documents in myCGS
Using myCGS, our secure online web portal, to respond to medical review (MR) additional documentation requests (ADRs) and submit requests for Redetermination and eOffset allows you to attach supporting documentation to each of the myCGS forms. All attachments must be in a PDF format and no more than 5 megabytes (MBs) in size. Documents are attached to myCGS forms by using the 'Browse' button located on the form. To save documents in a PDF format, you may use a scanner or various versions of commercially-available software. Be sure to save the PDF document in a folder on your system that is accessible and easy for you to locate.
