Recoding Home Health Claims / Adjustments

The CGS Provider Contact Center has seen an increase in calls from home health providers with concerns that their claims/adjustments have recoded incorrectly.  CGS is aware of this, and has provided examples to the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) maintainer to research.  CGS will update providers via the FISS Claims Processing Issues Web page, or send a listserv message as soon as additional information becomes available.
