The Customer Service left side menu provides the telephone number where you can select “1” to reach a home health and hospice Customer Service Representative (CSR) with general questions, or claim specific questions, or select “2” to reach the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) department with questions about EDI enrollment, connectivity, PC-Ace Pro 32, trading partners, and myCGS.

The telephone number of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and the IVR User Guide is also available. The IVR Beneficiary Name to Number Converter is a great tool to assist with the IVR.
