Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) System Coming Soon
CGS will soon be implementing a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) system in our Part A, Part B, and Home Health & Hospice Provider Provider Contact Centers. The CTI will provide a streamline process in which providers will enter authentication information before reaching a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will access the information you entered and will be ready to assist you with your question.
