We found your 2015 feedback helpful, and we made improvements to our services. You can read about all of our changes, but we're most proud of:

  1. Currently the Provider Contact Center (PCC) has worked with our Technical team to pull reports showing top claim denials and the providers receiving those denials. The PCC has added these top denials to monthly PCC trainings and shared with POE to provide outreach/education to those providers impacted. PCC Supervisors/Trainers worked with other departments to schedule time during monthly PCC trainings to present updates.
  2. CSRs attended the first STAR class in February to improve customer service skills.
  3. The Enrollment Application Status Check tool was added to the HHH website.
  4. The Provider Enrollment Review Process HHH Web page was updated to outline the steps and timeline for processing the CMS-855A enrollment application. This Web page was also added to the Part A website.
